PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. ANNOUNCES NEW CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Melville, New York, October 14, 2005… Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced that Denise M. Baxter has been promoted to the position of Controller of the Company.
Ms. Baxter joined Park in May 2003 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Park, Ms. Baxter was Assistant Controller at Allied Devices Corp. in Hicksville, New York from 1999 to 2003 and Assistant Controller at Bank of Newport, Middletown, Rhode Island from 1997 to 1999. Ms. Baxter received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.
Brian Shore, Park’s President and CEO, said, “We are all pleased that Denise has become the Company’s new controller. I believe Denise will do very well in her new position.”
