Park Electrochemical Corp. Announces Marketing and Sales Organization Changes
Melville, New York, Friday, January 29, 2010……Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced that Jean-Francois Le Rouzic, the General Manager of Park’s Neltec SA printed circuit materials business unit located in Lannemezan, France, will be responsible for the marketing and sales of all the Corporation’s product lines in Europe. Mr. Le Rouzic will continue to report to Marty Kendrick, Park’s Vice President of Operations, who reports to Brian Shore, Park’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Anthony W. DiGaudio will continue in the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing – Asia. In this position, Mr. DiGaudio will continue to be responsible for the marketing and sales of all the Corporation’s product lines in Asia and Australia, and he will continue to report to Brian Shore.
Park also announced the appointment of Mark Carlson as Director of Global RF Marketing. Mr. Carlson will be responsible for the global marketing and sales of Park’s RF/Microwave printed circuit materials, including its new Mercurywave™ 9350 product. Mr. Carlson will continue to be responsible for the marketing and sales of Park’s advanced composite materials and parts to certain aircraft OEMs. Mr. Carlson will report to Mr. Le Rouzic.
Mr. Le Rouzic originally joined Park Electrochemical Corp. in 1992 when Park acquired Metclad S.A., which is now Park’s Neltec S.A. business unit, in Lannemezan, France. He had joined Metclad in June 1987 as coating and press operations manager. Mr. Le Rouzic was promoted to Operations Manager of Neltec S.A. in June 2002 and general manager and business unit leader of Neltec S.A. in January 2005. Prior to joining Metclad, Mr. Le Rouzic had over ten years experience in quality and manufacturing, including six years in a subsidiary of Mecanique Avion TRAction, knows as “MATRA”, manufacturing laminates for printed circuit boards. Mr. Le Rouzic received the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Le Chevrollier in Angers, France.
Mr. DiGaudio originally joined Park in May 2002 as Product Director and was promoted to Vice President of Quality in May 2004, Vice President of Sales in June 2005 and Vice President of Marketing and Sales in June 2006. Prior to joining Park, Mr. DiGaudio had over eight years of technical and customer interface experience. For several years prior to joining Park, he was Technical Manager for Metro Circuits, Division of PJC Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY. Mr. DiGaudio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1993.
Prior to joining Park in June 2003, Mr. Carlson had held sales and marketing management positions over the preceding twenty years for AlliedSignal Laminate Systems, Isola Laminating Systems, Arlon Materials and Keene Technologies. Prior to joining Neltec, Mr. Carlson served as the Eastern Regional Account Manager at Isola Laminating Systems. Mr. Carlson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Delaware.
