Park Electrochemical Announces Election Of Margaret M. Kendrick As President Of Park’s Nelco Products, Inc. Business Unit

LAKE SUCCESS, New York, January 6, 2004…..Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE – PKE) announced the election of Margaret (“Marty”) M. Kendrick as the President of Nelco Products, Inc., Park’s high technology volume FR-4 printed circuit material business unit located in Fullerton, California (“Nelco California”).

Ms. Kendrick has extensive experience of more than twenty years in the printed circuit materials industry. Most recently, Ms. Kendrick was Vice President of Global Materials for Park Electrochemical Corp., a position that she has held since 1999. She had been Director of Global Materials for Park since 1995. Prior to 1995, Ms. Kendrick held various positions in the customer service and sales organizations of Park Electrochemical since she joined Park in 1984.
