PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF ANTHONY W. DIGAUDIO AS VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Melville, New York, June 26, 2006….Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced that Anthony W. DiGaudio has been appointed Vice President of Marketing for the Corporation in addition to his position as Vice President of Sales, to which he was promoted in June 2005. As Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Mr. DiGaudio will continue to report to Brian Shore, Park’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. DiGaudio originally joined Park Electrochemical Corp. in May 2002 as Product Director and was promoted to Vice President of Quality in May 2004. Prior to joining Park, Mr. DiGaudio had over eight years of technical and customer interface experience. Most recently he had served as Technical Manager for Metro Circuits, Division of PJC Technologies, Inc. in Rochester, NY. Mr. DiGaudio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in 1993.
