PARK ELECTROCHEMICAL CORP. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF DAVID KIM TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Melville, New York, Tuesday, June 12, 2012……Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE-PKE) announced the promotion of David Kim to the position of Business Development Manager of the Company. In this new position, Mr. Kim will report to Brian Shore, Park’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Kim joined Park Electrochemical Corp. in October 2008 as a Senior Accountant and was subsequently promoted to Corporate Development Associate and in April 2010 to Senior Corporate Development Associate. Prior to joining Park, Mr. Kim held various financial positions with Hanil E. Hwa Interior Systems Alabama LLC in Selma, Alabama, from September 2003 to October 2008. Mr. Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management.
