Park Electrochemical Corp. Announces Reorganization Of Its Oem Marketing And Technology Team

LAKE SUCCESS, New York, May 27, 2004….Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE – PKE) today announced the promotion of Eddie Mok to Asia Pacific Director of OEM Marketing and Technology and of Leena Gulia to Senior OEM Marketing Engineer. Mr. Mok’s new responsibility will focus on providing technical information to the OEM, CM and EMS companies that have operations in the Asia Pacific region. Ms. Gulia’s responsibilities will include supporting and coordinating global OEM marketing and communications. Both Ms. Gulia and Mr. Mok will report to Fred Hickman, Vice President of OEM Marketing and Technology.

Mr. Mok began working with Park in 1994. He has served several technical and sales roles within the company, both in the United States and in the Asia Pacific region, most recently as Country Service Manager in China. Mr. Mok has a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Irvine, where he specialized in advanced composite materials.

Ms. Gulia joined Park in 1999 as a research and development chemist at Neltec, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona. She served as a technical service coordinator at Neltec before taking her position as OEM Marketing Engineer in 2001. Before joining Neltec, Ms. Gulia worked as a research and development chemist at Olin Microelectronics in Mesa, Arizona. She received a Masters of Science degree in Chemistry from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

With the steady convergence of digital and RF/Microwave applications, Denis Boulanger, US Director of Sales for RF/Microwave Products, and Bob Nichols, European Director of Sales for RF/Microwave Products, will now become part of Park’s global OEM Marketing and Technology team. They will both report to Fred Hickman. By merging these two groups, Park believes that it will be able to better leverage the vast portfolio of products offered by the company.
