Park/Nelco Announces Promotion of Fred Hickman to Senior Director of OEM Marketing

Anaheim, CA, April 25, 2000…Park / Nelco (NYSE-PKE) today announced the promotion of Fred Hickman to Senior Director of OEM Marketing. Fred’s new responsibility will involve OEM Marketing and Communications on a global basis for Park/Nelco. Mr. Hickman will be reporting to Mr. Robert Forcier, Senior Vice President Advanced Product Marketing and President of Neltec, Inc.

Mr. Hickman joined the Company in 1991 as the Engineering Manager at Nelco Technology, Inc. Fred served in a variety of capacities since that time at both the Neltec, Inc. and Nelco Technology, Inc. facilities and has most recently served as Director of Technology at Neltec. Prior to joining the Company in 1991, Mr. Hickman has held various engineering positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, Hadco and Westinghouse, Corporation. Mr. Hickman has BS in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.
